Because we set the system up for you when you order Retailarc, you'll be ready to start using it right out of the box. But you won't be quite ready to start selling yet. First, you need to set up your business. As an optional service, we will work with you to efficiently set up your store, the products you sell, your promotion and cross-sell events, your staff profiles and schedules, and everything else you need to start taking advantage of your new system. When you purchase Retailarc, we offer a complementary training session for your staff to enhance your productivity from day one. In the greater Toronto area, this may be on-site. If you are outside the GTA, training is online. Contact us for details.
As an optional service, we can provide additional training sessions or training customized specifically to your business processes.
- Technical support for Retailarc Independent is free for 90 days from the date of purchase.
- If you purchase a maintenance plan, support and any software upgrades are free for the duration of the plan. Maintenance plans cost $395 per year.
- If you don't have a maintenance plan, support after the 90-day warranty period is available at $50 per call.
